Completed a road trip and.....

...I am once again impressed with the comfort and handling of La Bête. I drove to Nashville and back this past weekend and it was just pure fun.

The drive is about 8.5 hours one-way and I only stop once for fuel. Averaged 29 mph on both legs of the trip. No driver fatigue as the seats were quite comfy. La Bête has the fully adjustable electric seats with memory, so it takes a few minutes to get them correctly set but worth the time.

Smooth while maneuvering in traffic with plenty of kick when called upon. Needed it in all the Nashville traffic.

The only problem was the drive was too short. I only got through 2/3 of Mike Duncan's podcast on The History of Rome. I needed a few more hours each way (driving slower was not an option ;) ).

No I haven't. I am not really a podcast person. My brother copied the Rome series on a cd that I could pop into the disc player while driving. I find podcasts distracting when I am trying to work....

"...wait, what was that he/she just said? It sounded interesting. Let me run it back to hear it." A one-hour podcast isn't a one-hour podcast.

I don't have the time to sit and just listen. During the day I have too much to do and not enough time to do it. At night I am with my Lady. :)
