Not sure what you are asking but coding options will only reflect variants that existed or were under development. So only headlights would have coding for Xenon.
I've heard there is a selection switch to tell my 171 if i have halogen or hid lighting. Where in the SDS is that? Do you test the lights or their controller and then change some values? Is there some text with an on off switch? So far have not found it!
thanks. i currently have aftermarket hid with resistor packs would like to eliminate paks and excess heat they cause! Will give it a try!
Thats because all the aftermarket providers do is add a resistor pak to increase the load to make the system happy!
