SRS light, squib , R12/1

Hi

Finally this common SRS light troublemaker decided to visit my car as well. Checked with my xentry das and win hht. The win hht finally got some codes on the fault. Suggestions were R12/1 component and the squib. It also gave the errors 005/006 for both driver and passenger tensioners. I had one extra airbag module to swap but that did not fix the issue. Of course my win hht and das are in german, so I have to use a translator in most cases. Xentry is in english.
Tried to google a lot but this specific error missed my sight. What actually is the 12/1 component?

I found the component. Its the seatbelt of the ”bar on it where the airbag wire goes. Attached images.

But no help there either. Bought new seatbelt tensioners on both sides. Now I am in a world of **** and getting pretty ** off trying to install these elements with my german DAS/winhht. I manage to get them on the list of installable items and the program does complete the install, but the srs light keeps coming on and informs the defect is coming from the tensioners….

Finally got this fixed🥳. I had to remove and then re-install the seatbelts. The belts were also ”on” when the programming finally went through according to plan. Dont know if it made a difference or not, but if anyone has this same issue, then better safe than sorry.
Whole thing had to be done with my german das/winhht so this was not an easy ride. Very happy atm😎.
