    At +35mm ET rear, you'll be good and clear. I am running exactly same setup as you have, except front and rear are +35mm and no rubbing regardless of people or goods loaded.

    Circa June 11, 2021 82,300 miles on the odo. Service A performed today Car checked out with ZERO issues. Couldn't be happier that my SLK is trouble-free and ZERO issues. $230 service cost paid with a smile :D(y)

    IF certified, and being sold by an MB dealership, then it is good to go... means the damage was mostly cosmetic and the dealership has determined it can be re-sold with minimal issues.... but do your own DD... have another auto shop take another look and confirm it is mostly cosmetic.

    And those size of spacers will be a PITA to keep your rims from shaking or issues down the road... IOW don't do it. Just find rims that are close to the manufacturer's recommended numbers. YMMV, of course.
