Have you checked the drain point in the battery box? If that is blocked it could drain from the spot that you are pointing at.

As far as I remember the AC condensate drains through a tube that ends close to the gearbox, it does perhaps mean getting under the car to find it.

Sounds to me like the text message notification!

I have done exactly that, it's easy to do by accident!

I think your only option there is to take it to a body shop that can do plastic repairs. Or buy a new roof panel at high cost.

I can recommend that idea, I leave my mesh draught stop in place as it really reduces the headlight glare at night.

    Have you checked any fuses?

I am no expert on your car model but I am sure that others here will give you some good suggestions. It might be worth saying what you are looking to achieve, the wheel and tyre sizes you are using and if the stock suspension has ever been changed?

I have had the same problem with mine, sometimes it is stuck on one station and can see nothing else. When I drive to another area it then may pick up lots of stations, no logic to why or how. I was told that the number of stations available on dab has increased greatly since the car was made...

Those symptoms would usually suggest a wheel speed sensor fault but that would not normally make it not able to drive. Can I suggest starting and stopping the engine 3 times in succession? Sometimes things like that can reset. Might also be worth checking the wheel speed sensors with your...

This could be the next one and it's going to be massive!

I guess that there will be a stored fault code, most code readers should be able to pick up which one. If you only replaced one last time then my best guess is that it is the other one that was not replaced!

I had exactly the same problem on mine when the pressure of gas in the AC system dropped, a re gas got it back to normal. It will slowly loose gas over time as the rubber pipes in the system will leak a steady amount over time and as it releases the gas the 1st thing that I noticed was cold air...

I sold my space saver wheel, realised that with a passenger in the car there is no available space for a full size punctured wheel! The only option being to leave my passenger at the roadside, put the full size wheel on the beautiful red leather seat and drive away to get it fixed. I suspect my...

I have found eBay to be a good place to start, just keep a careful eye on the sellers feedback score.

If they have a fork lift at the site ask them to use the forks to lift up the car by the boot, that should break the lock section and open it! Of course that is no use if the lock or catch is what you want to salvage....

Yes, I have one of those, fits just fine!

I think there is a wiring connection for one of the airbags somewhere close to the glovebox, if it has been disconnected then there will be an error code.

This post from a few years ago really helps to explain MB part numbers! Oops, it's already been done, sorry! https://www.slkworld.com/threads/mercedes-part-numbers-explained.592668/?post_id=4901617#post-4901617

When you first insert the key is there any noise at all? The key is powered by an induction loop inside the ignition switch housing, when inserted it should power up and the key communicates via infra red to the car, the switch "grabs" the key and it can then be turned. If the little red infra...
