I've recently got a R171 2007 and need to sort the right hand door speaker. It appears not to be a straight forward thing. I'm looking for some guidance and asking whether anyone else has any experience of this. I've read they can be repaired but would prefer to go for a new speaker. Much appreciated.

@IanS We don't know what SLK you have NOR where you are (both of which helps us help you) so:
