Hey @ethanrichardsnelling, I saw you're looking for a larger crankshaft pulley for your SLK 230K. Are you aiming for a specific performance goal with this upgrade? Sharing a bit more about your project might help others chime in with the right links

This is the one I purchased in 2021
Carbon fibers

annoyingly it’s not still for sale, but I know a lot of people purchased this one.

After a quick search, I found one that looks very similar, but I can’t guarantee that it is the same. So I would recommend contacting them and maybe asking someone who is a bit wiser than I am:

But looks very similar in my eyes.

It’s a shame the one I bought isn’t for sale anymore, as I can vouch for it.

Assuming it is the same as mine, this would slip over your crankshaft pulley and then bolt to it. And because it is bigger, it will effectively cause your supercharger to spin faster per engine RPM, therefore more supercharger input = more power (and noise)

I have a 98 with 99,000+ miles. The prior owner had a Kleemann Boost Kit installed at 39,000 miles in 2005. Also a new Kompressor then. Kleemann claims up to 225 HP and 330 NM from the kit. Kit components are simply crank pulley, alternator pulley and belt. No electronic changes. I bought the car in May, 2019. Currently use it as a summer daily driver. It all works well and may be the quickest car have ever owned. Around 30MPG on the highway. A little less in town.

I had phone contact with Kleemann's Colorado facility soon after I bought the car. +1-719-473-6441. Their HQ is in Denmark. +45-70-109-109.

Soon after I bought the car I replaced a torn left engine mount. I suspect it may have been affected by the higher torque. No problems with it since. Right mount is still ok.
