Sorry I did none of those today as it was my grandsons 8th birthday, however I did take him for a trip around the block which put a big smile on his face 😊

We had a perfect day in Northern Tasmania today...27°C, a few clouds, no wind. Very few people around so yes, I went for a drive. Then I went to fill up. Now THAT'S criminal!!! $2.69.9¢ per litre at the moment ....

146.9p for 99 octane at local Tesco superstore, highest it's been for ages, but still cheaper than most of the usual suspects.

Had the SLK350 out, 100 miles round trip to Craster, Northumberland, UK, top down all the way!! Washed and polished before we set off!!

Last Tuesday I paid £1.61 for top grade at local shop.
Topped up with 95 at m’way services for £1.71.

Proof it is worth going a couple of miles off m’way for fuel.

The gutter is £1.61 was about 5 miles from the refinery they use! Grr!

Shopping trip with the Bride.
Now both retired so hopefully a decent summer will see lots of hooning about and annoying other road users. 😇
