I would ask for a reputable Breaker in the area or DYI with adequate cross section wires.
We have them wires shared in most of the cases with color codes and cross sections, but some soldering iron skills would be needed. Plus some materials.

I got a used harness from ebay for my 99 230. It had a tag with the same part # as the one on my car. Waiting for warm weather to install it. I've gotten other parts from Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market. You have to do a lot of scrolling to find your make/model/part-name. "Engine wiring harness" is what they call it.
