I wasn't a fan of the silver interior colour so decided to give it a new lease of life ! . Thought id try my hand at wrapping again and decided to go with a crushed carbon look . Just need to do the door handle surrounds next .

Looks nice. I went with a little more subdued black carbon fiber wrap. Started on side panels of rear window since these were fading. Did glove box handle too as this was scratched. Can post pics if anyone’s interested.
No whining now…
Many have done those rear window panels (C pillar) poor quality black plastic in CF wrap... they're available on EBay precut and ready to install. I did it on my 2012 slk350, will likely do it on my 2014...
Would like to see pictures from No Whining. I have the problem of salsa red "finish" aka crappy rubber, on the console and dash that has to be either disassembled and painted again, but I like the idea of the wrap with a car on fiber look - anyone ever find a red carbon fiber wrap?
