Hello everyone! I have recently aquired a r170 facelift 2.0 slk with 163hp from factory. M45 factory Supercharger is dead. Luckily i own an eaton m62 supercharger from my old clk. Has anyone fitted a M62 supercharger to an evo engine? I plan on buying custom fixed pulley for the m62 supercharger because my clutched pulley is dead and gone. I havent yet decided on size, i want the charger to spin up to about 14k rpm as it seems to be handling them fine on the factory eaton graph. What are my factory pulley sizes if anyone knows because i struggle to find them online. Should i expect problems with MAF or injectors? Will the ecu be fine with the bigger supercharger with a fixed pulley?

Hey @svetko02, that's an ambitious and cool project, swapping in that M62 supercharger from your old CLK. What have you discovered so far about the physical mounting differences between the M45 and M62 on that M111 engine? Sharing a bit more about your plan for the custom pulley and fitment might help others chime in on the ECU and injector questions.

The work is ongoing literally at the moment. I found the following: the easiest way to get that done wardwarewise is to find a supercharger/alternator carry support plate or whatever it is called. That is because the monts on m45 and m62 are a bit different and i dont want to fabricate them on the factory m45 plate because it is a swiss cheese anyway. I am told the m62 plate bolts to the evo block whitout any additional work needed. I will know about that next week because i am waiting on delivery. About the superchargers the most convinient way of mounting the m62 charger is buying a fabricated "tuning" pulley with the desired size and whitout a cluch. The factory clutched pulley could work if you bolt the clutch shut but i think its too large and sc wont spin up to the desired rpms and you wont gain much.
I am sharing photos of the plate in question. Will keep the topic going if people are interested.
