Why must i pull out the front part of the steering wheel? Is it necessary? Also if you have a video , its better, i cannot understand the pics. Thank you.

If your car has an adjustable steering column then you don't need to remove the steering wheel. Otherwise, you'd have to loosen the center console to obtain enough clearance for the instrument cluster. And it's still very tight.

I tried both variants and the removal of the steering wheel was better for my taste.
