Don't know if they wanted to do anything off the line but they sure tried to catch up to me after.

that is one long red you got there.
I notice that you still have the date retention issue. FWIW, I connect to a portable battery to it every 1-3 days when not driving. The cam remains on/draws power from that external source but at least the internal battery now retains the date for a few days after disconnect from that portable.
A 20,000 mAh battery will last about a day so.......
