I realized tonight that we don't have a 'stuck' thread on pictures of user's cars. So why not post up a picture of your SLK!

The wheels are new. Potholed one of the originals beyond repair so that gave me an excuse to pick up these Ronals. I’m lovin’ ‘em.Nice wheels @marcnotmark
Just wanted to mention, sadly, this whole area is suffering massive fires. About 60.000 people leaving behind their homes. I can't find official reports about the tracking antennae complexes being damaged though.Tinted the windows today. The tech had a hard time, he mentioned a 911 GT3 with antiroll cage is easier than R171.
Then I drove to a known area close to Madrid, with several lakes, dams, and after a quick stop for human refuel, parked close to ESA deep space comms antenna. The antenna is a 35mtr diameter dish. Impressive stuff, even for a space geek like myself. You can hear the humming of the cryogenic system which colds the electronic stuff from the visitors parking, outside the facilites . Temp was about 36º C.
There is a joint ESA/NASA visitors center but I was running late. Pending for a future visit.
Route was 270kms.
Such a wonderful feeling when they are all spiffed up.Polished to within an inch of it's life View attachment 668145
